I've been using this product for a few weeks now and have noticed a significant improvement in my sleep problems.While I still sleep less than six hours most nights, which is unfortunately not enough, at least I can now fall back asleep after getting up to use the bathroom around 1:30 a.m. I'm deducting one star because it's relatively expensive and doesn't offer a foolproof solution, only a slight improvement.
