I have been using this product for a few weeks now and have noticed a significant improvement in my sleep problems. Although I still sleep less than 6 hours most nights and therefore unfortunately not enough, I still manage to fall asleep again after going to the toilet around 2:30 a.m. The one star deduction is because it is comparatively expensive and doesn't really help in a bombproof way, just a little.
