Acerola BIO powder

AMAZONAS ORGANIC acerola powder is a 100% natural vitamin C fruit powder without synthetic additives
AMAZONAS ORGANIC acerola powder is made from whole cherries, which contain numerous minerals and secondary plant substances in addition to vitamin C. These natural "carriers" are responsible for ensuring that the vitamin C is also absorbed by the body.
BIO acerola powder is mainly obtained in Brazil from unripe acerola cherries, as these have a higher vitamin C content: approx. 10 - 15 kg of cherries make 1 kg of powder, with a natural vitamin C content of 17%. The color is yellowish-brownish.
Natural vitamin C contributes to the functioning of our immune system, protects our cells from oxidative stress and contributes to collagen formation.
Since the human organism cannot produce vitamin C itself, we must ensure that we have an adequate supply of vitamins.
Due to external influences such as stress, UV radiation, smoking, physical strain, medication, but also preservatives, pesticides, etc., the need for vitamin C (antioxidant) increases rapidly.

I like this product because of its natural vitamin C content.Sure, it's acidic and tends to clump, but I counteract the acidity with honey and the clumping with warm water (or whatever you're using it in).I mix it into my muesli.A natural product with no additives.Great!!

The taste is good, slightly sour, but it dissolves poorly in liquid; it dissolves better when stirred into yogurt
