Dietary supplement with vitamin B12, vitamin B6 and vitamin B2, L-arginine, L-carnitine and L-lysine, orange flavor.

Instructions for use:
The ADDITIVA vitamin B12 drinking ampoules consist of a two-chamber system. The liquid in the drinking ampoule contains L-carnitine, L-arginine and L-lysine. The vitamins B12, B6 and B2 are in powder form in the cap, Tighten the cap until the safety ring is released and until it stops in the turn clockwise. Then shake the ampoule vigorously, turn the cap anti-clockwise and take the contents. Only by turning the cap and subsequent vigorous shaking, the ingredients are mixed and are available.

I absolutely cannot recommend this product.The instructions say to press down on the cap with BOTH thumbs so that the active ingredients are released and dispersed into the bottle with the liquid.The cap isn't even big enough for a little finger, let alone two thumbs.And even if you finally manage to get it to click twice, that doesn't mean the active ingredients actually empty into the bottle.Half the time you have to (carefully!) open the cap, break the inner seal yourself (only to discover that the active ingredients are stuck inside), and then close it just as carefully, which rarely works without spilling product and/or getting it stuck to your fingers.There are much more user-friendly ampoules available.
