Application notes

Take the medicine undiluted. You can also dilute the medicine with water or tea.

Duration of the application?
The duration of use is not limited. It is advisable to continue the treatment for a few weeks after improving the symptoms.

Continue the application as normal at the next prescribed time (not with the double quantity).

Mode of action

How does the ingredient of the medicine work?

The ingredients of the plant come from monk pepper and act as a natural mixture. To the plant itself:

- Appearance: up to 6 m high tree or shrub, whose petals are hairy on the underside, the small fragrant violet flowers form ear-like inflorescences, the fruits are small, reddish black
- Occurrence: southern Europe, Asia
- Main ingredients: essential oil (lime, pins), iridoid glycosides (Aucubin, Agnoside), flavonoids
- Used parts of the plant and preparations: mainly extracts of the fruit
Extracts from monk pepper suppress the release of prolactin. The concentration of this substance is often increased before menstruation and is one of the causes of premenstrual complaints. In addition, monk pepper seems to restore the balance between estrogen and progesterone.

I've been using the tincture for a few months now to bring my cycle back into balance after stopping the pill and I can say that it has helped me a lot. Unfortunately it doesn't taste good, it's quite bitter, but if it helps it's manageable :)
