Alfason Repair is a special cream that has proven itself for generations with very dry and stressed skin, especially with skin eczema.
The effectiveness of Alfason Repair has been demonstrated in clinical studies. Alfason Repair is the first choice for people who need more than just an ordinary skin care cream to maintain your skin soft, smooth and healthy.

The unique composition of the Alfason Repair, with its high content of skin-dependent lipids (ceramide, cholesterol and free fatty acids), is based on the research of the natural skin barrier function.

Alfason Repair has a triple to protect and rebuild a disturbed skin barrier. Immediately after application, the loss of moisture is reduced by the cover effect, which immediately protects the skin.

When entering the horny layer, the barrier lipids are able to preserve moisture over a long period of time. The barrier lipids are also included in the memory of the top layer of skin and released again if necessary.

This rich cream works wonders for my extremely dry hands.I use it several times a day and also overnight, applying a thick layer and putting on cotton gloves.

Very economical.I use it "in emergencies" for feelings of tightness and the onset of eczema.It helps quickly and effectively on my face, hands, and also with chafing.This means I need less or no cortisone-based products.It's quite greasy, so I tend to apply it before bed.It spreads easily.

The first and so far only hand cream that has provided lasting and truly fabulous relief for severe eczema, and I've tried practically every common product.I've stuck with Alfason Repair because it doesn't sting after application or cause any other unpleasant side effects.My skin was incredibly dry and cracked; every movement was agony, and constant superinfections made everyday life a living hell.I've carried Alfason with me ever since, but I no longer need the unimaginable amount of it, because the skin regenerates very well after just a short time.I would recommend it to anyone who has problems with extremely dry hands.
