I've successfully lost weight with Almased several times in the past.With the necessary discipline and perseverance, it's a good option for people who don't like spending a lot of time in the kitchen but still want to lose weight in a healthy and balanced way.I think the price is reasonable and I like the taste.

Easy to dose // the taste takes some getting used to // I saw initial results relatively quickly and they have been lasting so far (about 8 weeks later)

For me, this is the best breakfast; it keeps me full for a long time and doesn't make me hungry again quickly.I do leave out the oil, though.

I ordered Almased again and unfortunately discovered that the expiration date is in the following year (April 2018).Since I sometimes skip a course, for example, when I reach my target weight, this time isn't sufficient.My wife doesn't like the taste of Almased at all, but that's a matter of personal preference.I will continue to use it, as it's proving successful.
