Instructions for use for ALMASED Vital food powder lactose-free, 500 g

Almased^® Lactose -free
Almased Lactose-free contains the same valuable raw materials as our vital food classic. We also do without artificial flavors, sweet, color, filling and Preservatives. The lactose-free lean milk yogurt makes the difference. The elaborate manufacturing process protects the sensitive nutrients, so that they can fully develop their effectiveness.

If you want to lose weight, replace two meals every day with an almased Almased. 50 g Almased Lactose-free powder are dissolved in 200 ml of water. Please give 2 Teaspoons (6 g) vegetable oil with much unsaturated fatty acids (e.g. rapeseed oil). Following the Preparation notes is required because Almased Lactose -free is not a complete food.

A sufficient daily fluid intake must be taken into account.

The Almaseddiet only fulfills the intended purpose as part of a low -calorie diet. Other foods must be part of this diet.

Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied Nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.

Since I suffer from lactose intolerance, I opted for this lactose-free solution.Anyone familiar with Almased knows its taste can take some getting used to.In my opinion, this lactose-free version tastes no different, or hardly different, from the regular version.With sufficient discipline, weight loss is just as successful as with the lactose-containing powder.The price difference of approximately €2 is also manageable.I will buy this product again.
