Ambroxol 30 Juice - 1 A Pharma^®

Active ingredient: ambroxol hydrochloride.
Areas of application: For expectorant treatment in acute and chronic diseases bronchi and lungs with thick mucus. Warning: Ambroxol 30 Juice - 1 A Pharma: Contains Benzoic Acid, Levomenthol, Sorbitol, propylene glycol.

Ambroxol 30 Juice - 1 A Pharma^® For dissolving mucus
For respiratory diseases with tough mucus: Ambroxol 30 juice - 1 A Pharma^®. With the help of the active ingredient ambroxol, the mucus is liquefied, so that it can be better coughed up and transported away. Ambroxol 30 Juice - 1 A Pharma^® tastes fruity and apricot suitable for adults and children from 2 years (for younger children only on medical advice).

Good to know: Ambroxol juice from 1 A Pharma is also available lower dosed as Ambroxol 15 juice - 1 A Pharma^® (with raspberry flavor).
Active substance ambroxol
Ambroxol 30 juice - 1 A Pharma^® is used for the expectorant treatment of acute and chronic diseases of the bronchi and lungs with thick mucus.

Ambroxol: liquefies mucus, makes it easier to expectorate
Ambroxol is a proven, secretion-dissolving active ingredient, i.e. an expectorant.
As such, it possesses several positive effects that are associated with thick mucus in respiratory diseases

Beneficial are: Ambroxol

liquefies the bronchial mucus by stimulating the production of thin mucus in the airways increased
increases the activity of the fine cilia on the surface of the bronchial mucosa, which remove the loosened mucus

Conclusion: The liquefied mucus can be coughed up more easily and at the same time better transported away.

application and dosage
Ambroxol 30 Juice - 1A Pharma^® is taken with or without food using the the enclosed dosing aid (measuring spoon) is taken. Please clean the measuring spoon after use by rinsing with warm water. The recommended dose is:

Children up to 2 years (only on medical advice): ¼ measuring spoon with 1.25 ml oral solution twice a day (equivalent to 15 mg ambroxol hydrochloride/ day)
Children from 2-5 years: ¼ measuring spoon with 1.25 ml oral solution (equivalent to 22.5 mg ambroxol hydrochloride/ day)
Children from 6-12 years: ½ measuring spoon with 2.5 ml oral solution (equivalent to 30-45 mg ambroxol hydrochloride/ day)
Adults and young people from 12 years: As a rule, during the first 2-3 days, 1 measuring spoon with 5 ml oral solution (equivalent to 90 mg ambroxol hydrochloride/day).
Thereafter, 1 measuring spoon with 5 ml oral solution (equivalent to 60 mg ambroxol hydrochloride/day).

Important: If your condition worsens or does not improve after 4-5 days, you should see a doctor.
