Dietary supplement with L-tryptophan & B vitamins

· Vitamin B12, niacin, vitamin B6 & Folic acid contributes to the normal function of the nervous system and normal psychological function.
· Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.
· Folic acid contributes to normal amino acid synthesis.
· Fructose-free
· Gluten-free
· Lactose-free
· Vegan

Directions:
Adults consume 2 capsules in the evening (approximately 30 minutes before bedtime) with some liquid.
