Instructions for use for ANAL DILATOR, 1 piece
The conical anal stretcher is used for careful and gentle stretching of the anus. The anal dilator is made of plastic and is light to clean.
A relaxed posture is recommended for use, either in a squatting position or lying on your side.
Normally, the anal stretcher should be used about 2 times a day for about 2 minutes each time. Included it is advisable to slowly insert the anal dilator several times (10 to 15 times).
After use, please clean the anal dilator with toilet paper and warm water.
