My family doctor recommended these homeopathic globules for my allergies.The dosage depends on your allergy type (apparently I'm the honeybee type).For example, I react with itching and swelling, especially in the mucous membranes of my mouth and throat, particularly to fresh fruit or pollen (which then causes breathing difficulties).I took them during my pregnancy when I wasn't allowed to take conventional allergy medication.They worked wonderfully.However, I only took them during an acute allergy attack.I would suck on the first few globules and then immediately place some more under my tongue.After a few minutes, the symptoms were gone and I felt better.If this doesn't help, you should still always have your emergency allergy kit on hand.
