Active ingredients
100 ml of liquid (= 89.9 g) for use on the skin contain 224.55 mg tincture from arnic blossom (1: 7-9); Extract: Ethanol 70% (v/v)
Auxiliary substances
2-propanol, macrogolglycerolcocococoate (ph.eur), propylene glycol, cleaned water, perfume oil
Application

I use it as a rub for muscle cramps and have had good results. I find rubs are better than tablets.
