Overall, I can say that Aquilea Relax Forte helps me cope better with stressful situations.I don't get that feeling of my heart racing as easily, and I generally feel more balanced and calmer. Things don't stress me out as much anymore. I'll stick with it for now and have already ordered another pack.The trial pack was a complete success – thank you, Consumer Goddesses

I've already tested several herbal and natural products to support my body during stressful periods and reduce my (sometimes intense) inner restlessness. Especially during exam periods, when I have to concentrate for hours on end, my thoughts sometimes wander and I become unfocused. The Aquilea Forte tablets are a great help in calming down a bit and focusing my racing thoughts.Passionflower herb has a relatively strong calming effect on my brain, which actually slows down my learning performance a little at first, but this effect then disappears, and by reducing my inner restlessness, it's still much easier to focus. Of course, the tablets can't replace things like getting enough sleep, exercising to burn off energy, or anything else that helps you unwind, but no medication in the world can do that, and they're really good as a supplement. It's also worth noting that the tablets contain neither lactose, gluten, nor any artificial colors.Therefore, anyone who is allergic and has no problems with the three ingredients should tolerate the tablets well in this respect.
