Aquilea Sleep Forte tablets

The Aquilea Sleep Forte dietary supplement was specially developed to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. The active ingredient melatonin promotes sleep. The tablets develop their effect in exactly the sleep phases in which the ingredients are needed most.

What’s special about Aquilea Sleep Forte:
• The innovative three-layer tablets release their active ingredients at different times:
• The first layer is released quickly and contains melatonin. With a dosage of 1 mg it helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep and with at least 0.5 mg it helps to reduce subjective jet lag sensation. It also contains piperine from black pepper and vitamins D and B6. Vitamin B6 helps support the nervous system and psyche.
• The second layer is released during the night and contains high-quality extracts: passionflower supports healthy sleep, California poppy contributes to sleep quality.
• The third layer has a delayed release and contains extracts of valerian and lemon balm. Lemon balm and valerian help maintain good sleep.

The active ingredient melatonin contained in Aquilea Sleep Forte tablets (pack size: 30 pieces) promotes falling asleep. The tablets develop their effect precisely in the phases of sleep in which they are most needed. The tablets of Aquilea Schlaf Forte tablets (pack size: 30 pieces) have three layers that release their ingredients at different times.

The ERSTE SCHICHT is released quickly.
1 mg of melatonin helps shorten the time it takes to fall asleep and at least 0.5 mg helps to relieve the subjective jet-lag sensation.
Additionally, piperine (from black pepper), vitamin D3 and vitamin B6 are included for a synergistic effect. Vitamin B6 helps support the nervous system and psyche.

The ZWEITE SCHICHT will be released during the night.
Passionflower and California poppy contribute to better sleep quality. Griffonia contains a precursor of serotonin, from which melatonin is synthesized in the organism.

The DRITTE SCHICHT is released with a delay.
Lemon balm and valerian promote relaxation, support regenerative sleep and help you wake up refreshed.

I usually torment myself at night with thoughts that I think about far too much and therefore find it difficult to switch off or fall asleep. That's why I tested the tablets and I'm actually feeling better.

Aquilea didn't work well for me when it came to falling asleep, but it did for my partner. Sleeping through the night worked very well for both of us, almost too well. Because if we took the tablet too late, it was particularly difficult to get up. Personally, I would recommend it to everyone before important appointments where you want to go to bed early anyway, so you don't sleep too long and wake up refreshed.

Everyone knows how important good sleep is. But you can only understand what it does to you when you don't sleep well or fall asleep for a long time until you have experienced it. Everyone has phases in life when there is a lot going on. Unfortunately, in phases like this I always take a lot of thoughts with me to bed and therefore don't get to sleep for a long time. The result is recovery phases that are too short. It's really draining in the long run, but I still have a lot of respect for classic sleeping pills. That's why I tested the Aquilea Sleep Forte tablets. They consist of three layers. The first layer helps you fall asleep with melatonin, the second layer improves the quality of sleep with poppy seeds and passionflower and the third layer with lemon balm and valerian ensures that you can sleep through the night. The tablets have 99% natural active ingredients. A real game changer for me.

The size of the tablets is ok for me. I never had any problems falling asleep, but I did have problems staying asleep. Unfortunately, the tablets couldn't change anything. However, I became tired after about 25 minutes of taking it. So if I want to go to bed earlier than my normal time, the tablets work very well. Unfortunately it didn't solve my actual problem.

I have tested Aquilea Sleep forte extensively and would recommend it. It should be clear to everyone that it doesn't work like sleeping pills and you immediately sleep like you're on cloud nine. However, this product can help you find rest faster and for longer. It takes a few days of taking it until a slightly noticeable calm or more relaxed feeling occurs. If you don't expect miracles, you can get support to be a little more relaxed.

I was able to test this product and after using it for a short time, I noticed that I was able to fall asleep much more quickly and sleep through the night much more peacefully. I feel much more relaxed in the morning.
