Aquilea Sleep Forte tablets

The Aquilea Sleep Forte dietary supplement was specially developed to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. The active ingredient melatonin promotes sleep. The tablets develop their effect in exactly the sleep phases in which the ingredients are needed most.

What’s special about Aquilea Sleep Forte:
• The innovative three-layer tablets release their active ingredients at different times:
• The first layer is released quickly and contains melatonin. With a dosage of 1 mg it helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep and with at least 0.5 mg it helps to reduce subjective jet lag sensation. It also contains piperine from black pepper and vitamins D and B6. Vitamin B6 helps support the nervous system and psyche.
• The second layer is released during the night and contains high-quality extracts: passionflower supports healthy sleep, California poppy contributes to sleep quality.
• The third layer has a delayed release and contains extracts of valerian and lemon balm. Lemon balm and valerian help maintain good sleep.

The tablets of Aquilea Schlaf Forte tablets (pack size: 30 pieces) have three layers that release their ingredients at different times.

The ERSTE SCHICHT is released quickly.
1 mg of melatonin helps shorten the time it takes to fall asleep and at least 0.5 mg helps to relieve the subjective jet-lag sensation.
Additionally, piperine (from black pepper), vitamin D3 and vitamin B6 are included for a synergistic effect. Vitamin B6 helps support the nervous system and psyche.

The ZWEITE SCHICHT will be released during the night.
Passionflower and California poppy contribute to better sleep quality. Griffonia contains a precursor of serotonin, from which melatonin is synthesized in the organism.

The DRITTE SCHICHT is released with a delay.

Aquilea didn't work so well for me to fall asleep, but it did for my partner.However, it helped us both sleep through the night very well, almost too well.If we took the tablet too late, getting up was particularly difficult.Personally, I would recommend it to anyone before important appointments where you plan to go to bed early anyway; that way you don't sleep too long and wake up refreshed.

The size of the tablets is fine for me.I've never had trouble falling asleep, but staying asleep is a different story.Unfortunately, the tablets didn't change that at all.However, I did get extremely tired about 25 minutes after taking them.So, if I want to go to bed earlier than usual, the tablets work very well.Unfortunately, they didn't solve my actual problem.
