For headaches, the Aspirin^® tablet is the drug of choice. It has been tried and tested over the years and is innovative at the same time: The specially developed Aspirin^® tablet relies on the special MicroAktiv technology. With the help of this technology, the particles of the active ingredient acetylsalicylic acid have been reduced by 90 percent. In addition, a disintegration accelerator ensures that the tablet dissolves even better and the active ingredient gets into the bloodstream faster. There, the acetylsalicylic acid ensures rapid and effective pain relief and is also well tolerated. Thanks to MicroAktiv technology, the Aspirin tablet is faster than ever.

In addition, the innovative four-pack of the tablets not only allows for easy handling, but also for the individual tablets to be separated as required, making them easy to take with you.

The mode of action
The Aspirin^® tablet provides fast and tolerable pain relief. Responsible for this is the active ingredient acetylsalicylic acid (ASA), which is contained in all Aspirin^®products. Acetylsalicylic acid is one of the non-opioid painkillers and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and inhibits the formation of so-called prostaglandins (the body's own messenger substances). These messenger substances are involved in pain transmission and perception in the brain, they ensure increased sensitivity of the pain receptors in the body. The acetylsalicylic acid reduces the production of prostaglandins, which reduces the excitability of the pain receptors and thus the pain subsides.

Application Notes
The Aspirin^® tablet has a special film coating that provides a particularly smooth surface, making it easier to swallow. Take the tablet with plenty of liquid - preferably water.

The Aspirin^® tablet is suitable for adults and adolescents from the age of 12 (body weight from 40 kg). Depending on the age, the following recommended dosage information results:
• Adolescents between 12 and 15 years (body weight 40 to 50 kg): single dose 1 tablet; Total daily dose 6 tablets
• Adults and adolescents (from 16 years): single dose 1 tablet; Total daily dose 6 tablets
• Elderly patients (65 years and older): single dose 1 tablet; Total daily dose 4 tablets

If necessary, the singleosis (in all age groups) must be repeated at intervals of at least 4 hours. However, the total daily dose must not be exceeded.

There's nothing to say about the tablets themselves, but the packaging is so difficult to open that I almost don't want to buy it anymore.My mother has great difficulty opening it.

I've always taken aspirin for headaches.But the new aspirin tablets are even better.Smaller tablets and faster-acting.The tablets are easy to remove, making them perfect for when you're on the go.

Regarding its effectiveness, I can only offer my subjective experience that good old Aspirin worked better for me.However, what prompts my negative review is the new packaging, in every respect: The outer packaging is twice as large as before.The inner packaging is the same size, wasting valuable resources.Why abandon the tried-and-tested push-out tablet pack (inside)?These four-tablet displays are so difficult to open: If you try to detach one of the four tablets to open it, a second package inevitably tears open before you can even open the one you actually want.If you tear it open very carefully, you only manage to open a tiny bit, making it impossible to get the tablet out. If you tear off too much, the tablet is guaranteed to fall out of the package and end up on the floor.I always wonder how an elderly person is supposed to open this packaging at all?
