Indication:
During puberty, skin blemishes usually occur, and in many cases pimples and acne-like conditions with inflammation and scarring. It is true that mostly young people are affected by acne, but women and men over the age of 25 are also increasingly suffering from it. Hormonal changes (e.g. discontinuing hormonal contraceptives), stress, changes in diet, environmental pollution or genetic predisposition can be reasons.
Late acne can also occur if there were no problems with impure skin during puberty. Impure skin in adulthood is mainly expressed by dry skin, which is more likely to be found in the lower face area. Acne care for adults must therefore meet different requirements than for teenagers. It should not only fight impurities, reduce pimples and refine the complexion, but also provide the skin with sufficient moisture.

Since blemished skin tends to be particularly sensitive, it needs gentle products that also effectively remove blemishes.

Active ingredients and mode of action of the product:
Synovea^® HR helps reduce pimple marks by limiting sebum production. The proliferation of C. acnes bacteria is thus inhibited. In addition, Synovea^® HR has antioxidant properties. The active ingredient p-Refinyl^® refines the pores, regulates sebum production, mattifies and firms the skin. Glycolic and lactic acid refine the complexion. The Avène thermal water it also contains has a skin-soothing, irritation-relieving and anti-inflammatory effect. The skin is matted, moisturized and the complexion is refined.

Application:
Apply to cleansed face (e.g. with Cleanance Cleansing Gel or Cleanance Express Cleansing Lotion) in the morning and/or evening. The serum can be used alone or in combination with day or night care.

User Studies:
The tolerability and effectiveness of Cleanance WOMEN Corrective Serum has been scientifically proven in various internal user studies.

Tolerability and Efficacy Study:
Internal open, monocentric user study under dermatological and ophthalmological control. 32 subjects between 20 and 40 years of age were included. The Cleanance WOMEN correcting serum was applied twice a day over a period of 57 days.

Compatibility result: Excellent skin and eye compatibility.

Efficacy result: Acne lesions have already reduced in almost 84% of the subjects after 29 days . 90.3% of the subjects felt a significant improvement in quality of life (already afterafter 29 days).
