The Avène Hydrance UV-LEICHT Moisturizing Emulsion is a long-lasting, light moisturizer with SPF 30, especially suitable for dehydrated, sensitive, normal, and combination skin.

Indication
Dehydrated skin is significantly less able to store and retain water. External factors such as UVradiation, heat, cold, makeup, improper cleansing, salt and chlorinated water, or even genetic predisposition contribute to skin dehydration. Due to water loss, the skin becomes red and flaky, looks dull and brittle, and feels unpleasant. Fine lines caused by dryness often become visible. To restore its natural water reserves, dehydrated combination skin requires very special care.

Avène Hydrance UV-LEICHT Hydrating Emulsion relieves feelings of tightness and provides long-lasting hydration. It also protects the skin from UVrays and other harmful environmental influences. The light emulsion has a delicate floral fragrance and is hypoallergenic. Its light, refreshing, and non-sticky texture leaves skin feeling soft and radiant all day long.

Active Ingredients and Mode of Action
The included COHEDERM™ active ingredient complex, consisting of a lipid trio, provides intense hydration and replenishes the skin's natural water reserves, enriched with Avène Thermal Spring Water. The COHEDERM™ active ingredient complex promotes better cohesion between epidermal cells, thereby restoring the hydrolipid film on the skin's surface. This soothes the skin in the long term and provides intensive and lasting hydration. The proven SUNSITIVE® PROTECTION FILTERSYSTEM offers a high sun protection factor (SPF 30) and excellent skin compatibility. Together with Pro-Tocopherol®, it has an anti-pollution effect and effectively protects the skin from harmful environmental influences, such as UVradiation, free radicals, and pollution.

Application
Apply in the morning to the previously cleansed face, neck, and décolleté. The Hydrating Emulsion with SPF 30 is also ideal as a makeup base.

User Studies
The efficacy of Avène Hydrance UV-LEICHT Hydrating Emulsion has been demonstrated through internal user studies.

An efficacy study on hydration was conducted with 22 participants with dehydrated skin. The hydration level of the participants was measured after 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, and 24 hours following application and compared to an untreated control.

The result:
The Hydrance UV-LEICHT moisturizing emulsion provides the skin with moisture for 24 hours. A maximum hydration of +48% was measured after 1 hour.

A user satisfaction study was conducted with 123 participants with dehydrated skin over 21 days. The Avène Hydrance UVLight Hydrating Emulsion was applied to the face, neck, and décolleté morning and sometimes evening.

The result:
95% of participants reported that their skin felt moisturized.
98% of participants reported that their skin felt protected from harmful environmental influences.

Great moisturizer!My skin tends to be dry, and when I use this cream, it gets an instant moisture boost.It feels amazing, and I also love the combination with the SPF.
