The Avène Xeracalm A.D cream calms and cares for dry skin, even for babies from 1 month.
Indication
Extremely dry, scaly, itchy, red or oozing skin in the crowds of arms, the back of the back of the knee, in the neck, neck and face: Atopic dermatitis usually draws a vicious circle of itching and weakened skin barrier. Active substances and mode of action of the product
The effect of Xeracalm A.D is based on a unique ingredient combination. The basis is the proven Avène thermal water with its skin -calming, irritable and anti -inflammatory properties. A CEROMEGA lipid complex with unsaturated omega-6 fatty acids strengthens the skin barrier, nourishes the skin and promotes its regeneration. The heart of Xeracalm A.D is the innovative ectis I-Modulia®, which was developed in intensive scientific research from the microflora of the Avène thermal water (aquaphilus dolomiae). It relieves the itching caused by dryness, calms redness and stimulates the skin's immune system in order to counteract bacterial super infections.
The skin is maintained by the use of the Xeracalm A.D cream and supplied with moisture. It calms the skin intensely and ensures that the therapy -free intervals are extended in atopic skin conditions.
Application

User studies
The compatibility and effectiveness of the Xeracalm A.D Creme was scientifically proven by various internal user studies.
Compatibility study:
The tolerance of the Xeracalm A.D cream was checked using a user study with 40 neurodermatitics patients (10 patients aged 11 to 65 and 30 patients aged 7 months to 10 years).
The result: high skin compatibility.
Efficiency study:
The effectiveness of the Xeracalm A.D cream was checked using various open, monocentric user studies.
An internal user study in which the clinical score was measured on 30 subjects (at the age of 7 months and 10 years) with extremely dry skin was carried out. Application of the Xeracalm A.D cream over 28 days twice a day.
The result: Already in the first month of application, the itching can decrease by up to 97 percent.
In addition, an internal user study with 16 subjects was carried out with measuring the preservation of the moisture deposits. Application of Xeracalm A. D Creme twice a day over 1 week.
The result: the skin moisture is preserved for up to 48 hours.

I used it as a hand cream at night – simply putting on thin cotton gloves, and the next morning the cracks were significantly reduced! Don't be surprised if, due to the sterile seal, it takes about two minutes after several pumps for the cream to come out! However, this only happens when it's first opened. After that, everything works perfectly! I received this product for free

This product was provided to me free of charge as part of a product test.I'm pleasantly surprised by the cream.It's semi-thick, rich, and very well tolerated.It's especially good for dry and itchy skin.I love applying it to freshly cleansed skin and/or layering it with other products using the sandwich method.I think the price is reasonable considering the amount and effectiveness.Even my children have used the cream, which I appreciate, as it's suitable for all ages.It doesn't leave a sticky residue; the texture is creamy yet light and absorbs relatively quickly.This makes it perfect for the winter months, especially for those with very dry skin like me.It's also easy to apply to the neck, décolletage, and hands.I will definitely be repurchasing it
