L-LYSINE 750 mg tablets
Dietary supplement with L-lysine

Avitale L-LYSINE tablets are a single preparation and contain L-lysine monohydrochloride. L-lysine was discovered in 1889 by the chemist Edmund Drechsel, who isolated it from the milk protein casein. L-lysine is one of the eight essential amino acids that must be obtained from food because the body cannot produce it itself. In general, cereals and vegetables contain little L-lysine, with the exception of nuts and legumes. Fish, pork and beef as well as egg and dairy products are richer in lysine. Avitale L-LYSINE tablets are ideal for ensuring a good supply of the amino acid L-lysine.

Ingredients:
L-lysine monohydrochloride, microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent: tri-calcium phosphate; Coating agent: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, talc, triglyceride (medium chain), dye: titanium dioxide; Separating agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable).

per 1 tablet – 750mg L-lysine
Daily dose 4 tablets – 3000mg L-lysine

Consumption recommendation:
Swallow 2 tablets twice a day with meals whole with plenty of water.

Since I occasionally get cold sores, I take lysine at the slightest tingle on my lips.I've noticed that it heals faster and isn't as bad as it would be without lysine.I tolerate it very well and it's easy to take.
