Field of use

Babix-inhalat N (pack size: 10 ml) serves to treat colds of the respiratory tract, which are accompanied by strong mucosal. Essential oils made of eucalyptus leaves and spruce needles make breathing easier, relieve irritation symptoms of the mucous membranes and improve the coughing of viscous mucus.

Babix-inhalat N (pack size: 10 ml) is a purely vegetable medicine and was specially developed for infants from 3 months, but is also ideal for use in older children and adults.

Mode of action

Babix-inhalat N (pack size: 10 ml) contains essential oils from eucalyptus leaves and spruce needles. These have an illuminating and expectorant effect and thus promote coughing on tough secretions. The cineol of eucalyptus oil also has an anti -inflammatory effect and prevents the spread and determination of pathogens in the airways. Babix-inhalat N (pack size: 10 ml) dislikes the respiratory tract, loosens stuck mucus, thereby promotes coughing up and provides you with relief in the event of colds -related respiratory problems.

Active ingredients / ingredients / ingredients

1 g of the Babix-inhalat N (pack size: 10 ml) contains:

• 286 mg Eucalyptus oil (Eucalyptus Globulus)
• 714 mg spruce needle oil (Picea Abies)

Contradictions

In the case of known hypersensitivity to one of the ingredients, in patients with asthma bronchial or other respiratory diseases, which result in a hypersensitivity of the respiratory tract, this product must not be used. In infants and toddlers under 2 years, the product must not apply near the airways but should only be applied to clothing or bed linen.

Avoid using the inhalat during pregnancy and lactation.

dosage

Unless otherwise prescribed, pour on/give at:

• Adults and adolescents from the age of 12:
• for inhalation 3-4 times a day, 7 drops Babix-inhalat N (pack size: 10 ml) with hot water
• Children from 6-11 years:
• for inhalation 3-4 times a day 4 drops Babix-inhalat N (pack size: 10 ml) with hot water
• Children from 2-5 years:
• for inhalation 3-5 times a day 3 drops Babix-inhalat N (pack size: 10 ml) on clothing near the respiratory organs
• Infants and children under 2 years:
• for inhalation 3-5 times a day 1-3 drops in the area, but not near the respiratory organs

Babix-inhalat N (pack size: 10 ml) can be used until the symptoms subsided. If there is no improvement after 7 days, please see a doctor.

Infants and toddlers up to 2 years: rauminhalation: Drip the medicine in the room, e.g. bed linen, fabric flaps. Children from 2 to 5 years: room inhalation: Drip the medicine near the mouth and nose, e.g. bed linen, clothes, fabric flaps. Children from 6 years and adults: steam inhalation: inhale the medicine. To do this, pour hot water over the intended amount of the drug. Bend your head over the container, breathe in the vapors through the nose and mouth and cover the head and vessel with a cloth if possible. Caution hot! - The application should only be made if the safe handling of the medicine is granted.

Taking

2-4 Drops on the garment (near the respiratory organs), bibs, carriers of the ramps panties, collar of the nightgown or sleeping agent (adults).

Patient information

In infants and toddlers, the medicine must not be applied to the face and nose. Road traffic and working with machines without a safe hold: There are no special regulations to be observed. Keep drugs inaccessible to children!

Pregnancy

No information on application in pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Hints

Do not inhale children unattended because there is a risk of scalding. Please note that you are not allowed to apply Babix-inhalat N (pack size: 10 ml) in children under 2 years near the airways.

Babix-inhalat N (pack size: 10 ml) is not suitable for taking.
