Fruit and vegetables contain valuable minerals such as calcium, potassium, and magnesium. These minerals are contained in Dr. Jacob's Pure Base Powder, which is based on citrate and lactate. Lactate is the salt of lactic acid. In Pure Base Powder, the lactate comes from a natural, dairy-free fermentation that produces dextrorotatory lactic acid.
Dr. Jacob's Pure Base Powder contains no sodium and is rich in potassium. Potassium is the most important alkalizing agent in fruits and vegetables, but also in our body cells.
