I'm very satisfied with the product.The patches adhere extremely well, better than any other versions I've tried.Of course, it's important to clean and dry the skin beforehand.I also notice an immediate improvement in my nasal breathing, so I don't get a dry mouth or throat.

I tested both types of plasters and find the transparent ones more aesthetically pleasing. Both adhered very well to my nose, and even at night they were sometimes quite difficult to remove.I usually remove the plasters (like any other plasters) while showering in the morning

I'm totally disappointed.After 3-4 hours, the plasters no longer stick and come off.So you have to get up in the middle of the night and put on a new plaster, which is expensive.
