Instructions for use for BIOTIN H forte tablets, 120 pcs
Biotin h forte 10mg
The beauty vitamin for skin and hair
If you suffer from brilliant, matt hair and skin problems, you should have it checked whether there could be a lack of vitamin H (= biotin). Especially after taking antibiotics, the intestinal flora is often so disturbed that important food components are no longer absorbed properly. This means that if the intestinal function is impaired or the diet is too one -sided, e.g. too few vegetables, oatmeal or nuts, then a lack of vitamin H (= biotin) may occur.
Biotin H Forte with 10mg has been proven for years when it comes to treating a defect. Biotin h forte is highly dose. When taking a whole tablet with 10mg biotin (= vitamin H) you will receive a significantly higher dosage compared to the recommended biotin daily dose to LMIV.
In order to prevent a vitamin H deficiency, a permanent addition with biotin is recommended between 2.5 mg and 5mg every day. Due to the specially punched notches, the tablet is easy to break into four parts in order to achieve the necessary dosage. Half or a quarter of a tablet per day is enough for a spa use.
Biotin h forte = normal energy metabolism
With continuous use of Biotin H Forte 10mg over 3-4 weeks, the skin and hair structure is effectively improved and resistance is increased. After just a few weeks, you can see more beautiful, glossy hair and "relaxation" of stressed skin.
Read the package supplement and ask your doctor or pharmacist for risks and side effects.

Hints
Miscellaneous
- To prevent an biotin deficiency, less than 0.2 mg biotin is sufficient per day.
- Medicines with a lower biotin content are available for lower quantities.
- Significations of deficiency do not normally occur in humans. However, dermatitis can be triggered due to a lack of biotin (deficiency dermatitis), the so-called egg protein damage.
- Egg protein contains the gluco protein avidine, which with biotin is in a stable complex that cannot be split up in the gastrointestinal channel. In this way, the biotin cannot be available to the body and there is a lack of biotin.
- In addition, the biotin requirement is increased due to a genetic defect in the case of multiple carboxylas.
- A pronounced deficiency is evident in the skin and appendix formations of the skin and also results in special psychological complaints and disorders of the gastrointestinal duct.
