Detach the powder in a glass of water (approx. 250 ml) beforehand. Unless otherwise prescribed, adults should drink 2 to 3 teaspoons (approx. 10 - 15 g) of the Bittersalz bombastus (pack size: 100 g)S before going to bed. Children over 6 years should only consume half the dose (approx. 5 - 7.5 g).
