Our particularly high-quality Bitterstern tea contains a careful selection of herbs from the original Bitterstern. Rounded off with the fine notes of nana mint, sage and lemongrass, you can expect a fresh bitter herbal tea treat - also as an iced tea on warm days.

Application
In order to achieve the highest possible homogeneity of the herbs, we recommend mixing them again before consumption. Depending on your taste, pour boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons per cup (200 ml) and let steep for 7-10 minutes. Drink a cup of freshly prepared tea infusion one to three times a day. The longer the brewing time, the more intense the bitter taste. We recommend leaving the tea covered so that the valuable ingredients are not lost with the steam. Please refrain from sweetening the tea in favor of the valuable bitter taste. And lastly, drinking tea is a ritual and a treat in busy times, so drink slowly and in small sips. ;-)
