Fenugreek activated organic tablets
Ingredients: activated fenugreek seeds (61%), gum arabic, banana powder, caraway oil;

Daily consumption recommendation
About 3-9 activated fenugreek organic tablets should be consumed daily with plenty of liquid. We recommend continuous use in addition to daily diet over a long period of time. 9 tablets contain about 2.7 g activated fenugreek and 9.5 mg plant-bound niacin (equivalent to 59% of the Nutrient reference value for niacin according to the food information regulation).
