I started taking Bonolat after bowel surgery.The taste takes some getting used to, but it provides important nutrients.This was crucial for me because I had absolutely no appetite after the operation.I always mix Bonolat into my smoothies.It doesn't dissolve completely in a blender, which isn't a problem.
