Years ago, the pharmacist recommended this ointment to me for a horsefly bite.To this day, the gel works better for me than other products for insect bites of any kind. After application, the itching subsides quickly and lasts longer.The scent and consistency are pleasant.Neither I nor my children have ever experienced any skin reactions to the ointment.
