It effortlessly and completely removes even strongly adhering plasters, stoma appliances, and labels from purchased products.Stoma appliances are removed just as easily with warm water, and plaster residue is removed just as easily with skin oil.It is very gentle on the skin.Unfortunately, it sprays over a wide area, and the amount of spray that is inhaled is unpleasant in the airways.

I bought this product for my mother, as she has very sensitive/thin skin and currently needs to change the plasters on a stitched wound frequently.Before giving her the plaster removal spray, I naturally tested it myself with two different plasters.The result was sobering: I tested it with a permeable "sensitive" plaster and a "normal" plaster.Surprisingly, the normal plaster came off very easily after spraying – BUT: all the adhesive was left on the skin, not on the plaster!(You can achieve the same effect with regular baby oil, which is much cheaper.) While the adhesive does come off fairly well when the skin is subsequently treated with the spray, the instructions state that it should only be used "on intact skin," making it rather unsuitable for use around a wound.Several sterile swabs were needed to remove the adhesive, as even the smallest traces immediately stuck to wherever the swabs could reach. Spraying the surrounding area is not recommended, as the spray covers a wide area and would also wet the wound.The spray had absolutely no effect on the sensitive plaster – even after multiple applications, the plaster was equally difficult to remove from the skin at both ends (treated/untreated).Conclusion: Not recommended!
