Aurica Nettle tea is traditionally drunk for prevention or targeted treatment for problems with the derivative urinary tract. Since it increases the urine, kidneys and urinary tract are better washed through and possible germs and bacteria are excreted with the urine. Burning when urinating and other symptoms that go back to bladder infection, renal semolina or urinary stones are thus relieved or prevented. In rheumatism or gout, nettle leaves have also proven themselves as an effective remedy for muscle pain and joint pain.

Composition: Incidentally effective component: nettle leaves, cut.

Dosage instructions and type of application: Unless otherwise prescribed, 1 cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows is drunk: 4 teaspoon of nettle tea (approx. 2.8 g) with boiling water (approx. 150 ml) and pour over and Let it steep for about 10 - 15 minutes.

Note: Pay attention to additional fluid intake.

Duration of the application: In the event of acute symptoms that last for more than 1 week or return periodically, consultation with a doctor is recommended.

Contraindications: So far, there have been no indications of risks in pregnancy and breastfeeding from the widespread use of nettle leaves. However, the results of experimental studies are not available. Tea infusions from nettle leaves should therefore not be drunk during pregnancy and breastfeeding. There are no sufficiently documented examinations for the use of this drug in children. Nettle leaves should therefore not be used in children up to 12 years. In the case of edema as a result of restricted heart and kidney activity, rinse therapy is not indicated.
