The enzyme tablets help me a lot with nerve inflammation or sprains after sports injuries.And best of all, they're plant-based.

I've been using this bromelain from Ursapharm for a very long time, and it fully serves its purpose. I'm disappointed with the shipping and the customer service response.The product needs to be shipped refrigerated to prevent the enzymes from breaking down, which would render the product ineffective. Unfortunately, my shipment of over 600 tablets was only sent with a small ice pack via standard DHL shipping.So, the product wasn't refrigerated as is standard practice with other suppliers! After consulting a pharmacist, customer service said, "That's fine. It's not that warm right now, and it'll be okay for a few days."No, that's not okay!

Bromelain is a great help to me with my back pain.It's well tolerated.I often have stomach problems with other similar medications.
