Field of use

Calendula essence 20% (pack size: 50 ml) is used to treat wounds, superficial inflammation, with delayed wound healing and tendency to drain. It also serves to rinse wound caves and inflamed mucous membranes.

Mode of action

The ingredients of the marigold (Calendula Officinalis) have anti -inflammatory properties and promote the formation of granulation tissue. Thus, wound healing is stimulated in both small injuries such as cutting and grazing wounds, as well as with complex wounds such as ulcers, pressure ulcers and drainage. Due to the accelerated healing, wound pain is also reduced.

Ethanol 94 %, cleaned water

Contradictions

In the case of known hypersensitivity to Calendula (marigold) or other basket blooms, this product should not be used.

dosage

Application recommendation of Calendula Essence 20% (pack size: 50 ml):

For wound associations and rinses, give 1-2 teaspoons of calendula essence to 250 ml of boiled, cooled water. For mouthwashes, give ½ teaspoon of essence to ½ glass of warm water. The treatment of acute diseases should not exceed 1 week.
