Calmalaif® consists of 4 medicinal plant extracts with a calming and relaxing effect, which have long been tried and tested in the treatment of stress and complement each other perfectly in Calmalaif®.

• Valerian helps with insomnia and promotes restful sleep.
• Passion flower relieves restlessness and has anxiolytic effects.
• Hawthorn has a calming effect on stress symptoms such as nervousness or palpitations.
• Black nettle reduces tension, restlessness and irritability.

In the unique combination, Calmalaif® brings together the best properties of these medicinal plants. It promotes the alleviation of typical complaints caused by permanent stress and overload such as inner restlessness and tension. Calmalaif® helps to find inner peace and a restful sleep and thus supports the body's own regeneration.

What Calmalaif contains
The active ingredients are:
29 mg dry extract of valerian roots (3 - 6:1), extractant 60% (v/v) ethanol
13 mg dry extract of passion flower herb (4 - 7:1), extractant 60% (v/v) ethanol
5.4 mg dry extract of hawthorn leaves with flowers (4 - 7:1), extractant water
4.5 mg dry extract of black nettle herb (4 - 6:1), extractant water

The other ingredients are: Maltodextrin, Sucrose, Talc, Heavy Magnesium Oxide, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Purified Water, Gum Arabic, Silica, Colloidal Anhydrous, Magnesium Stearate (Ph.Eur.) [pflanzlich], shellac (waxy), iron(III) hydroxide oxide (E172), iron(II,III) oxide (E172), red iron oxide (E172), carnauba wax, titanium dioxide (E171), sodium benzoate

Contraindications

The product should not be used if there is a known hypersensitivity to any of the above ingredients.
Calmalaif contains sucrose. Please only take Calmalaif after consulting your doctor if you know that you suffer from an intolerance to certain sugars.

Recommended dosage of Calmalaif for stress-related restlessness and sleep problems (pack size: 120 pieces):

Calmalaif® can be dosed as needed and thus adapted to the type and severity of the symptoms. The application is suitable for adults and adolescents from the age of 12 and should be taken as follows:

Ingestion for nervous stress conditions such as restlessness and tension:

• Adults 1-2 tablets 3 times a day
• Adolescents from 12 years: 1 tablet 3 times a day

Taking to promote sleep:

• Adults: 2x daily, 1 tablet at dinner and 1 tablet at bedtime
• Adolescents from 12 years: 1 tablet with dinner

Maximum daily dose:

• Adults: max. 6 tablets per day
• Adolescents: max. 3 tablets a day

With the practical and discreet pill box, Calmalaif® is also good to take with you on the go. In principle, there is no time limit for the use of Calmalaif. However, if the symptoms do not improve after two weeks or even worsen, a doctor should be consulted.

• Warnings and Precautions
  • The user should consult a doctor or other qualified health professional if symptoms persist or if side effects other than those mentioned occur.
  • Concomitant use with drugs that damage the liver should be avoided.
  • Stop taking the medicine and see a doctor if you develop signs of liver damage (e.g. yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, light-colored stools, severe upper abdominal pain, nausea, loss of appetite).
  • Children

  • There are no studies available on the effects on the ability to drive and use machines. However, no effects on the ability to drive and use machines have been observed when used as directed. However, if you notice that your alertness is impaired, you should not actively drive or operate machines.

Pregnancy

• If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
• Safety during pregnancy and lactation has not been adequately studied. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should therefore not take the drug.
