The active ingredients of Calmalaif®:
Calmalaif® consists of 4 medicinal plant extracts with a calming and relaxing effect, which have long proven to be treated in the treatment of stress complaints and are optimally complemented in Calmalaif®.

• Baldrian helps with falling asleep and promotes a relaxing sleep.
• Passion flower relieves unrest and has anxious effects.
• Windthorn has a calming effect in the event of stress complaints such as nervousness or palpitations.
• Black nettle reduces tension, restlessness and irritability.

In the unique combination, Calmalaif® combines the best properties of these medicinal plants. It favors the relief of typical complaints through permanent stress and overload such as inner restlessness and tension. Calmalaif® helps to find inner peace and a relaxing sleep again and thus support the body's own regeneration.

What Calmalaif contains
The active ingredients are:
29 mg dry extract from valerian roots (3 - 6: 1), moving out 60 % (v/v) ethanol
13 mg dry extract made of passion flower herb (4 - 7: 1), moving out 60 % (v/v) ethanol
5.4 mg dry extract made of hawthorn leaves with flowers (4 - 7: 1), extractor water water
4.5 mg dry extract made of black -nettle herb (4 - 6: 1), extractor water water

The other components are: Maltodextrin, sucrose, talkum, heavy magnesium oxide, microcrystalline cellulose, cleaned water, Arab rubber, high -disperse silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate (Ph.Eur.) [pflanzlich], Schellack (wax-containing), iron (III) hydroxide oxide (E172), iron (II, III) -Oxide (E172), iron (III)-oxide (E172), Carnaubawachs, titanium dioxide (E171), sodium benzoat

Contradictions

In the case of known hypersensitivity to one of the ingredients mentioned above, the product should not be used.
Calmalaif contains sucrose. Please only take Calmalaif after consulting your doctor if you are aware that you suffer from intolerance to certain sugar.

dosage

Dosage recommendation of Calmalaif in the event of stress -related restlessness and sleep problems (pack size: 40 pc):

Calmalaif® can be dosed as required and thus adapted to the type and strength of the symptoms. The application is suitable for adults and adolescents from the age of 12 and should be taken as follows:

Taking in the case of nervous stress states such as restlessness and tension:

• Adults 3 times a day 1-2 tablets
• Young people aged 12 and over: 3x a day 1 tablet

Taking to promote sleep:

• Adults: twice a day, 1 tablet for dinner and 1 tablet before sleepingen
• Young people aged 12 and over: 1 tablet for dinner

Maximum daily dose:

• Adults: max. 6 tablets a day
• Young people: max. 3 tablets a day

With the practical and discrete tablet dose, Calmalaif® is also suitable to have it on the go. There is generally no time limit for using Calmalaif. However, if the symptoms do not improve or even worsen after two weeks, a doctor should be consulted.

Taking

• Take in the medicinal product with plenty of liquid (preferably a glass of drinking water).

• Warnings and Precautions
  • The user should consult a doctor or other person qualified in a healing profession in the event of ongoing illness symptoms or in the event of the occurrence of others.
  • The simultaneous intake with liver -damaging drugs should be avoided.

  • There are no examinations on the effects on the ability to drive and operating machines. However, no effects on the traffic and the ability to use machines have been observed with intended use. However, if you have an impairment of your attention, you should not actively participate in road traffic or operate machines.

Pregnancy

• If you are pregnant or breastfeed, or if you suspect that you are pregnant or intend to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this drug.
• Security during pregnancy and breastfeeding was not sufficiently examined. Pregnant and breastfeeding should therefore not take the medicine.
