For minor tension and strains in the shoulder area, this is the best treatment available!The patches adhere firmly, heat up quickly, and the heat lasts for a good 6 hours, which is very beneficial for the tension and provides fast pain relief.Simply cutting them with scissors makes the patches even more versatile.
