It was recommended to me by a naturopathic practitioner.I take it regularly and it tastes very good.The sachets are easy to take.Unfortunately, it doesn't help my digestion.

I discovered Caricol as a substitute for sweets.I really, really like the taste (even better than fresh papaya), and the individual sachets mean I can enjoy it on the go.I usually take one sachet a day, sometimes two. My digestion has been completely trouble-free since then, but I only noticed that after a while.

For the first 3-4 days, I took one serving each morning and evening after my main meal.After that, I took one serving every morning after breakfast.My stomach and intestines feel much better and more comfortable.Before, I felt like I had major problems with bowel movements, which would stay in my intestines for a very long time, causing significant issues.I'm so glad I found this product.And for anyone who wants to try it, I can only say it's worth it.
