Cefasel 100 nutri® selenium tabs
Dietary supplement with 100 μg selenium
Selenium supports the normal function of the immune system and the thyroid gland and is important for Protection of cells from oxidative damage, to maintain normal hair and nails and to normal sperm formation.
1 Tablet contains:
100 μg selenium.
Consumption recommendation:
Take 1 tablet daily whole with some liquid (e.g. water).
The simultaneous consumption of sodium selenite and vitamin C should be avoided, as this optimal availability of sodium selenite can be compromised. A delayed consumption (at least one hour), on the other hand, no longer has any influence.
