Cefasel 200 Nutri Selenium Tabs tablets
Dietary supplement for targeted additional selenium supply
Dietary supplement with 200 µg selenium (equivalent to 0.666 mg sodium selenite 5 H2O).
Ingredients:
Filler microcrystalline cellulose E460, carrier mannitol E421, release agent magnesium stearate E470b, carrier polyvinylpyrrolidone E1201, Sodium Selenite 5 H2O.
Dietary supplements with sweeteners
Consumption recommendation:
Take 1 tablet daily.
The simultaneous consumption of sodium selenite and vitamin C should be avoided, as this reduces the optimal availability of sodium selenite can be affected. A time-staggered consumption (at least one hour), however, no longer has any influence.
Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
