Dietary supplement with high doses of vitamin D3, vitamin K2 and magnesium
Vitamin D and magnesium support the maintenance of normal muscle function and, together with vitamin K, the maintenance of normal bones. In addition, vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting.
Consumption recommendation:
Adults take 1 capsule per week, children (from 7 years) and adolescents take 1 capsule whole every 2nd week with sufficient liquid (water) with a meal.

Ich nehme die Kapseln zur D3-Unterstützung. Die Kapseln sind zwar etwas größer, aber sehr gut zu schlucken. Werde ich nachkaufen.
