Chia seed, organic 250g
Fill-rich food with omega-3 fatty acids

The seeds of the Chia plant were already a valuable and popular food for the Maya, Aztecs and Inka. The Salvia Hispanica) is almost exclusively grown in Central and South America today.

Ingredients:
Chia seeds, from controlled organic cultivation
Vegan and naturally free of lactose and gluten.

Use:
Put 10g daily (approx. 2 heaped teaspoons) in 100ml of liquid and let it swell for about 20 minutes. Then eat pure or in muesli, curd cheese, yogurt or desserts.

Hints:
When consuming fiber, pay attention to sufficient fluid intake. Store dry and out of heat.
