Dr. Pandalis Cistus incanus bio tea
The Graubehaate Zistrose (Cistus Incanus) is a forgotten, Urheimish aromatic plant that far exceeds the polyphenol content of red wine, onions and blueberries on variety and quantity.
The plant is extremely polymorphic, i.e. it has different shapes and properties depending on the location. We only harvest those plants that have traditionally been used as a house tea.
Preparation:
Gourmet tea: 2-3 tablespoons of cistroid bio tea with 1 liter of boiling water pour in and - depending on the taste - let it steep for 2 to 5 minutes.
Our tip: refine with lemon and honey.
Cold, mixed with fruit juices or prepared as an iced tea, this tea is an ideal refreshing drink.

I've been drinking this tea for quite some time now.It takes a little getting used to the taste, but then you can't get enough of it :).
