Dosage
Mix one scoop of 6 g powder with 150 ml water and drink daily.

Consumption recommendation
To prepare an oral solution, dissolve one 6g scoop of the highly concentrated granules/powder in 150ml of water and drink daily. It is preferably taken in the morning and before meals. Use recommended for at least 12 weeks.
