MEGAMAX Creatine 100% pure, vegan

Creatine is a natural endogenous substance. It plays a central role in energy metabolism. Creatine is mainly found in meat and fish. Plant foods and dairy products do not contain creatine. Vegetarians and vegans in particular are therefore often undersupplied with creatine.
