I'm a Curaprox fan. I've always used the CS 5460 - great toothbrush, I accidentally grabbed the Smart one - the result was absolute: enthusiasm!!! The short head means I can get to the back teeth much better. It's also more dense - it could be my imagination, but I think that makes it even better. Make a trio pack too!!! - would be nice
