Our kinesiotape is a therapeutic tape that is self -adhesive, elastic and with a skin -friendly acrylic adhesive layer. The tape is waterproof and can be carried over a longer period of time.

The tape is definitely recommended for sports injuries to the joints. I've only had good experiences with it and I really enjoy using it. What I particularly like: the movement is in no way restricted by the tapes. So it only has its advantages!

you need a little practice to stick the tape yourself or you need help, but the effect is really great, I notice after the sport that the muscles didn't suffer and there is no tension in the muscles when I had stuck the tape before . It's also waterproof which is great.

the trainer at the gym recommended Kinesiology Tape to me to avoid injuries during sport and also to relax my muscles after sport and I have to say I am very grateful for this recommendation and of course I would like to pass it on.

I use the tape on my knee and am super happy with it! It supports sports without taking away mobility from the knee. I would only advise shaving the areas to be shaved beforehand. This way the tape sticks much better and removing it isn't as painful!

I'm using the tapes for my shoulder due to a sports injury and I'm really impressed. The hold is great and despite sweating, the tapes don't move and have a strong hold. They are still easy to remove and attaching them is not difficult either. Really very high quality at a great price.
