Mode of action

Our kinesiotape is a therapeutic tape that is self -adhesive, elastic and with a skin -friendly acrylic adhesive layer. The tape is waterproof and can be carried over a longer period of time.

For sports injuries affecting the joints, taping is definitely recommended.I've only had good experiences with it and really like using it.What I particularly like is that the tape doesn't restrict movement in any way.It has nothing but advantages!

it takes some practice to apply the tape yourself, or you can get help, but the effect is really great. I notice after exercising that my muscles haven't suffered and there's no tension in them if I've applied the tape beforehand.It's also waterproof, which is fantastic.

my trainer at the gym recommended kinesiology tape to me to prevent injuries during sports and also to relax muscles after sports, and I must say I am very grateful for this recommendation and would of course like to pass it on.

I use the tape on my knee and I'm extremely happy with it!It provides support during sports without restricting my knee's movement.I would just recommend shaving the area before applying the tape.This helps the tape adhere better and makes removal less painful!
