Great product.Provides a quick energy boost.It helps my son, who's a student, when he's exhausted and has trouble concentrating.The powder is easier to take than a tablet.It mixes easily into tea, cocoa, juice, desserts, etc. This makes it suitable for giving to young children as needed.
