I agree with my previous speaker: The pain pavement helps very well with back pain, even sometimes for my tension neck pain, but you actually have to stick it to the sides with pavement or tape because it loosens on the edges when moving. Then it holds very well. I used to halve it for my painful shoulders, but the effect was not so good, it was only half the amount of active ingredient, so to speak. In any case, I always have several plasters in the house now because I always have pain somewhere (fibromyalgia) and because you sometimes bump or bump. And on vacation I always have a pack with me. It would also be important to mention that strangely the plasters from this brand help me, and the plasters with the red packaging are not that. Although the same active ingredient is in it. (Maybe it's the menthol that is still included here?!)

I used the plaster on my back and neck. It works well and is very soft and cuddly. Unfortunately you have to fix it on the sides with a little sports tape or something similar if you move around a lot. One advantage of the plaster is that it can be cut or halved. It helps me a lot and I'm happy with it.
