Field of use
- The drug contains the active ingredient diclofenac sodium, which belongs to the drug group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs/anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID). It is used for local symptomatic treatment of light to moderately severe pain and inflammation as a result of acute dull trauma of small and medium -sized joints as well as surrounding structures.

Contradictions
- The medicine must not be used,
- if you are allergic to Diclofenac sodium or one of the other components of this medicine.
- if you have reacted allergic to acetylsalicylic acid or another NSAIR such as ibuprofen in the past with breathing difficulties, haury exchange and running nose.
- in the last three pregnancy months - see category "pregnancy notice".
- on open injuries, inflamed or infected skin as well as on eczema or mucous membranes.
- for children or adolescents under the age of 14.
dosage
- Always apply this medicine to your doctor or pharmacist. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
- Adults and adolescents from the age of 14:
- The recommended dose is 4 - 5 sprays 3 times a day at regular intervals.
- The number of sprays depends on the size of the area to be treated.
- The maximum number is 15 sprays per day.
- The maximum single dose should not exceed 5 sprays.
- The preparation should be massaged slightly into the skin. Then wash your hands unless you are the area to be treated.
- Wait until the spray dried before covering the skin area with clothing or a bandage. Note that the spray spots can cause the clothing.
- End the treatment as soon as the symptoms (pain and swelling) have subsided.
- Duration of the application
- Apply this medicine without äcouncil not longer than seven days.
- If no improvement occurs after three days or the symptoms worsen, they consult a doctor.
- If you have used a larger amount than you should
- If you have used a larger amount of this drug than you should, remove the excess amount with a cloth.
- If you have taken part of the spray, inform your doctor immediately or see the emergency room of the closest hospital. Take the bottle and the package insert.
- If you have forgotten the application
- Apply the spray as soon as you think about it, but do not apply more than the recommended dose at once. Then continue with the treatment as before.
- Do not apply twice the amount if you have forgotten the previous application.
- If you have any further questions about the application of this medicine, please contact your doctor or pharmacist.
Taking
- Remove the locking cap.
- Keep the bottle vertically, whereby the donor shows in the direction of the painful or swollen area.
- Apply the recommended number of sprays.

- Warnings and Precautions
- Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist before using the medicine:
- if you suffer from stomach ulcers, liver or kidney problems, bleeding tendency or an inflammatory bowel disease or have already suffered from it.
- if you have suffered from bronchial asthma or allergies in the past.
- Do not apply this medicine to the eyes, nose or in the mouth and on open wounds or infected skin areas. If it accidentally gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with clear water and contact a doctor.
- Never take this preparation.
- During the use of this drug, the skin does not expose the sun or tanning lamps.
- Break the treatment with the preparation when a rash occurs.
- Do not cover the treated skin area with an occlusive (waterproof and non -breathable) bandage or paving.
- The possibility of systemic side effects by using this preparation cannot be excluded if the medicine is used extensively on the skin and over a longer period of time.
- Side effects can be reduced by using the lowest effective dose over the shortest possible period.
- Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist before using the medicine:
- Wateriness and ability to operate machines
- The use of the spray on the skin has no influence on the traffic and the ability to use machines.
Pregnancy
- If you are pregnant or breastfeed, or if you suspect that you are pregnant or intend to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before using this drug.
- Pregnancy
- In the last third of the pregnancy, the preparation must not be used because it could harm the unborn child or cause problems during birth.
- During the first six pregnancy months, this medicine may only be used after consultation with your doctor.
- The dose should be kept as low and the duration of treatment should be kept as short as possible.
- Breastfeeding
- The medicine may only be applied during breastfeeding after consultation with your doctor, since Diclofenac-Natrium merges into breast milk in small quantities. If you breastfeed, the preparation must not be applied directly in the chest area or other large skin areas or applied over a longer period of time.
